OPERATIONS OF FAMILIAR SPIRIT 


Talking of familiar spirits, let's ask the question how does a familiar spirit operate? These are forces that have understanding of the workings, the rules, the patterns that run in families. 


Ephesians 6:12 KJV

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 


This forces understand the trend and patterns of happenings in family cycles, they keep the record of every happenings in every family. Let me tell you right here that the devil is not a God! Like many preachers taught us those days, he is a destroyer, he is not a second "god" or a small "god" that is why Jesus called him the thief in John 10:10 KJV. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 


And in John 12:31 KJV. Jesus said. Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out. Jesus calls him the prince of this world. In other words, he sees himself as the ruler of the world after he robbed Adam in the Garden of Eden Genesis 3. he now sees himself as a "god" of this world. But man still has the original authority through the name of Jesus.


in John 14:30 KJV. Jesus said.

Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. Jesus said the prince of this world comment but he has nothing with me because he dwells in darkness and Jesus is the light of the world (John 1 verse 5) that is why the wicked ones always love to do things in darkness and be in secret. 


In John 16:11 KJV. Jesus said. Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. Jesus said the prince of this world is the judge . That is why he seeks for whom to kill, to steal from and whom to destroy. 


He has agents and servants called demons which are spirits. The spirit has powers ranging from spiritual powers, financial power, political power etc.  HE is the author of idol worshiping, they have the spiritual capacity to gain first-hand information using the word of God to deceive their victims. 


compare Isaiah 62 verse 6. I have set a watchmen upon your words oh Jerusalem which shall never hold their peace day or night you that make mention of the lord keep not silent. The Bible said I have set "watchmen" not watchman. That can mean that around your life there are bad Angels and there are good Angels all around your life. 


Therefore, every negative or positive word that proceeded out of your mouth counts for you or against you as your record of life. That is how familiar spirits get their information about you or about your ancestors or from your family lineage.


They create a record for your life, some people their own afflictions are a result of what their grandfather entered into that was not broken, many enter into covenant with demons ignorantly.
