SUCCESS AND FAILURE ARE HIDDEN TREASURES IN A MAN'S LIFE

Do you know that success and failure are hidden in every man's character according to Isaiah 45:5-7 KJV. The bible said. I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: [6] That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is none else. [7] I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

Now the emphasis here is that in everything God created, God made them in Twain, that means everything in this world that God made, he made them two you have the fake, you have the original, you have light, you have darkness, you have man, you have a woman all of these are to help you make a choice on what is right and what is wrong.

The biggest challenge is that many people do not know what is wrong from what is wrong.  Because we are always in a hurry. Anything that is original does not happen overnight, no greatness happens just like that, it takes time to become what it is or grow. compare Genesis 1:3,18 KJV. The bible said. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. [18] And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

God took time to create all that was created and he saw what he created and he admired them, and God saw that it was good. which means, he admired what he created. Now the life lesson here is that we should work on whatever we find our hand to do, work on it, make it stand out before we push it out into the marketplace. 

Even when we push them out, wait for feedback, that means, allow people to criticize you and see how you can improve on your work and amend the errors that are seen. Because if we go by the assertion of the apostle Peter in 2 Peter 3:8 KJV. He said. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

We can then see that a day with God is equal to a thousand years on the side of man, so God himself assumes that God took one thousand years to create light, which means he must have spent so much time to bring it to perfection. That is why we need to study what we have to give out. You need to spend time if you are a fashion designer. For instance, work on your  project before you bring it out so as to create an excellent job. 

God himself took his time to create and study what he created and conclude that it was good before he presented it. Don't live your life to chances, like in those they will tell you "WHAT WILL BE WILL BE" be lie what will be will not be, things are made to happen. The other day someone told me that " IF GOD SAID I WILL MAKE IT I WILL MAKE IT" so if God says you will be a rapist you will be a rapist right? You don't know the written word.

If you are willing! Isaiah 1:19 KJV. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: if you are "willing and obedient" what will be will not be. While you are waiting for what will be your enemies are making sacrifices through enchantments and making echantations against you while you are waiting for what will be? I came to say to somebody it is time for you to work on yourself.

Hallelujah somebody. We stop at saying, it is time for someone to work on himself, in other words, it is time for someone to take full responsibility, deleting old ideas and creating new ones. If what you have known and have been doing over the years is returning you to the same results over the years then change it.

The first thing you must do is to sit down and ask yourself what is my purpose in life? Purpose is everything, it is  the key to everything that leads to success in one's life.

One way to know and I grew up doing research on it and I find that assertion was wrong. You can become anything in this world, if you want to become, all you need to do is discover your purpose. What you do without struggle even when the things are not giving you plenty of money, you are just happy doing it. That is your purpose: you can become anything, I say it again that 6ou can become anything that you choose to become if you know why you are doing them. 

A natural or innate talent or aptitude. Synonyms: gift, knack, talent to have a flair for art) for in life, those things that you do with ease and make you feel satisfied, let it be dishwashing, Let it be housekeeping. I grew up hearing somebody say you can never be a vulcanizer and be rich! That was some mental failure and lack of no purpose, a big lie. 

I grew up doing research on it and I find that assertion was wrong. You can become anything in this world, if you want to become, all you need to do is discover your purpose. What you do without struggle even when the things are not giving you plenty of money, you are just happy doing it. That is your purpose: you can become anything, I say it again that 6ou can become anything that you choose to become if you know why you are doing them. 

Your purpose becomes the dream that you have for a better society. I used to have this colleague those days at the University of Benin. When he does his job irrespective of the salary, he does not look at the salary, he does it with almost joy and satisfaction. I'd like to emulate him because I was working because of the money yet the money was not enough and no other job elsewhere, and I did not find satisfaction either. but I know this man was not satisfied yet he was happy with himself and I find out that irrespective of the money that we were getting from the job he is just happy doing the job not because of the money but because he is just satisfied. I quickly connect to it and not monetise my work so I work tirelessly to make sure that I have a result that is a purpose to gain results.

When you discover your purpose, what you have flair for that makes you happy, and you don't know how to get it working, then look for somewhere to get trained in your field. 

Development cannot come into any society without somebody first of all giving themselves to some form of training, you cannot get the money and just jump into a business that you don't know how it runs, you will jump in and jump out. 

You need to learn the techniques and the tricks in doing that business. So first of all, get trained in an area that suits your purpose and work on yourself. Your training could be vocational school, could be a skill acquisition or any kind of training  center, locate any and begin a mentorship class and see what you'll become in the very near future. 

I stopped here the other day when I talked about getting training or skills! Let me ask you this question. If you were to be money, would you like to come to this you now?

However, this is what you should do. While you are going through your training, identify problems, begin to identify where problems are. just look for it. should I start looking for a problem, yes. You should identify problems in a child-like manner according to John 9:3 KJV. Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. 

Identifying problems becomes your first office. I remember my wife telling me something about how a sister  taught another sister how to make chips, plantain chips and before this person that trained the other person knew it the person who got the training took it to another level. 

1) she worked on herself 2) she identifies a place where she can sell (A market place) and 3) she took a few chips to the place and the demand was high. She tried it again, and that place became her office! Why identify problems?

She did not create the situation, she only identifies the situation and that became her office. According to my wife she said this person very soon began to hire a bus to deliver her goods to where she was selling. That is what I'm talking about. Change your mindset on things that you have been into that are not working for you. Start small and grow big.

God has created your office for you so that you can work and be blessed. that's why you have the wisdom of God, God make that guy blind in 

John 9:3 KJV. JESUS ANSWERED, NEITHER HATH THIS MAN SINNED, NOR HIS PARENTS: BUT THAT THE WORKS OF GOD SHOULD BE MADE MANIFEST IN HIM.

The disciples of Jesus argued whose Sin makes this man blind, and Jesus told them it is for a purpose to bless somebody that God brought him into this world blind like that. God allows him to come in that light so that somebody will pray for him and his eyes will be open. All you need to know in Life is identifying your purpose to know your capabilities and your area of strength, these will translate to solving someone's problems.

But God cannot manifest in your life, if you do not have a relationship with him. That is why, I have a business to preach to you to make you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. Because you need to have advanced knowledge over those who do not know God, you need to have a relationship, a good relationship with God.

I would like you to make up your mind to fix your life this year. Whether you like it or not the world is not a fair place, no one will give to you what you want, but you can reach out your hand to grab whatever you want in life. one thing that you must avoid in your life are: 

(1) Avoid being judgemental. Many people who are called Christians are too judgemental, everything they see they criticize. Sometimes appreciate people, learn how to appreciate people for who they are, even when the person is a disable appreciate the person's ability and try to understand that people have their weaknesses. 

(2) Avoid complaining. Many believers have missed a lot of things, because of unnecessary complaints. Jesus came to the man who was at the pool side for 38 years and Jesus asked him what will you have me do for you he said I have no man! Does that answer the question? let me give you the scripture John 5:3,6 KJV.

In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. [6] When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? 

(3) AVOID SAYING NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT PEOPLE. Some Christians are like that, too good at saying negative things about people, they therefore release a negative energy toward their victims. The truth is that most of those people are demon possessed inside the church. but it's you that is not possessed of demons, the more they come up to you they bring you into their folds and make you one of them. Identify them and avoid them.

listen to this, those who oppose people inside the church, especially those who oppose their pastors or pastors and church people are people who have no direction, their purpose is to destroy and condemn anything or any persons around them, so they have nothing to lose because they are already condemned.

And then you who have a purpose join them and do the same thing? These are people you like to play with in church! 

These are people you must avoid this year, people who are judgemental, people who complain unnecessarily, people who say negative things about other people, avoid them and you yourself should avoid things like this in your life and you will be rewarded in the name of Jesus.
