PRESENTS: THE HAND OF GOD

SCRIPTURE: Deuteronomy 32:39. Job 34:30

OBJECTIVE: KNOWING WHAT GOD CAN DO IN OUR LIVES IF WE OBEY HIM.

Let's continue from where we stop on Wednesday.

He killed Adam in the garden, stole his Dominion and destroyed his relationship with God in the garden and when Jesus came to restore man's relationship with God. In Luke 4. The devil came to Jesus the second Adam! to do the same thing he did to the first Adam, but Jesus overcame him by the spoken word that was written of him so that his purpose did not set  him against God. Follow me closely.

The devil is not God's enemy! He is an enemy of mankind. He is a tool in the hand of God. in Job 1:6-8 KJV. The bible declared. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them. [7] And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. [8] And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

The devil presented himself before God and God started the conversation with him. My question is, can the likes of the late Osama bin Laden appear in a supposed UN general assembly meeting with the US president? Is it possible? it is not possible why because they are enemies, but in this case it was not so.

The reason God enters into a conversation with Satan was  because Satan was created for that job of destruction and nothing else. (that is why you can never see a good devil) I take you through these teachings about God, for you to know who God is and if you don't mind I can tell you more about what God can do and what he has done without your permission. God does not need permission from you to do what he wants to do with you, if he chooses to do anything with you. follow me closely.

In Deuteronomy 32:39 KJV. God speaking. See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no God with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. He has the power to kill and to heal; somebody may want to know why God started talking this way. The reason was that God was angry with the offspring of Abraham who chose to serve idols rather than the God of their fathers.

Now let's talk about the hand of God. And  all the things the hand of God is going to accomplish in your life this season and beyond. The Bible said in Romans 6:23 KJV. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. That means the end result of Sin is death.

You must understand that the devil your adversary is already judged. I have talked about this in the past, he will want to make many believers join him on the road to destruction, but you see the devil will not come to you in person physically to deceive you. But we are deceived when our heart is drawn away to worldliness or a thoughtful lust.

In James 1:14-15 KJV. The Bible says. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. [15] Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

That means, when you SIN, it is not because you are tempted. But because you are drawn away from your own lust or lustful desire, an enticement that draws your mind away from the real laws of Christ. (That is the T&C) 

Now when lust takes place inside of us, it becomes a conception that if not aborted will bring forth Sin and when Sin grows up in a man's life it brings forth death. Matthew 5:28 KJV. But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. The intention is as sinful as well as the act.

1. Sexual immorality. 

2. Impurity. 

3. lustful pleasures. 

4. Idolatry. 

5. Sorcery. 

6. Hostility. 

7. Quarreling. 

8. Jealousy. 

9. Outburst of anger. 

10. Selfish ambition. 

11. Dissension. 

12. Division. 

13. Envy. 

14. Drunkenness. 

15. Wild party. 

He concluded that anyone leaving this sort of life will not inherit the kingdom of God. What is the kingdom of God? I will talk about this in another program. God willing. Follow me closely.

Sin in a man's life gets God upset, especially the Sin of idolatry. But this makes the adversary the devil very happy. Sin makes the devil very happy because he knows that the end result of Sin is death. The wages of Sin in Romans 6 v 23. Sin can become a master in the life of a believer because many believers of Christ do not know what rules over their heart. in Romans 6 verse 14 for Sin shall not have Dominion over your life in other word, Sin shall no longer rule over your life because you are not under the requirement of the law but you now live under the freedom of Grace. Grace not to continue in Sin according to Roman 6 verse 1. shall we continue in Sin that Grace May abound God forbid.

Sin will open the doors for enemies to fight you and have dominion over your life, how do you know? In 1 Samuel 12:9 KJV. The bible said  And when they forget the Lord their God, he sold them into the hand of Sisera, captain of the host of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistines, and into the hand of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.

The Bible says they soon forgot about their GOD and God handed them over to their enemies. May you not become victims of God's wrath because of what you love so much and are always drawn to do in Jesus' merciful name.

WHY DO BELIEVERS OFTEN FORGOT GOD?

1. We need a result just now. 2. We are too quick to conclude in judgment especially when we do not agree with other people's opinions. 

3. We want to be everything in this world. 

4. We often appreciate what others have more than what we have. 

5. Many are under the spell of those they love and look onto in society. Etc.

Many believers do not and cannot separate miracles from hard work! God told man in Genesis 3:19 KJV.

In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. In the sweat of thy face shall you eat bread. 

That does not make you or  confine you to poverty or stop divine favor, but first you have to put in something, that also means that you have planted and nursed your Crops, certainly a day of harvest must come. Does it make sense to you?

You can become anything you want to be, but allow time to work on you and play its role In your life, nothing wrong if you dream big! but allowed time to play its role according to Ecclesiastes 5:3 KJV. The bible said. For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words. 

Believers of Christ are too quick to conclude in judgment, especially when we do not share or agree with the other person's opinion. Many believers of Christ are the problem of the believers. Imagine a YouTuber made a video where he criticize Apostle Suleiman for buying private jet and concluded that Christians should go and see Dubai what Muslim had build with money in Dubai.

Apostle Suleiman should have built Dubai in Nigeria instead of buying a private jet, that was a preposterous opinion for any one to suggest that Suleiman should build Dubai in Nigeria. Now a believer of Christ, a deaconess in a big church, shares such nasty videos to our platform all to discredit the Apostle. The question is? Has Suleman ever contested any political election in Nigeria? Is he a politician? Has he anything to do with government business? The answer is no capital NO. 

Why would any sane person call on Suleiman to fix Nigerian roads and not call on the politicians. Is that not hypocrisy? And a titled holder Christian gladly shares such a video. Does it make any sense to anybody? All because you probably do not like Suleiman or share his opinion or his dreams.

Nobody stops you from dreaming big, pray to God to bless you and mind your business. When God blesses you, people will certainly criticize you. We want to be everything in this world. You want to be first at the same time want to be second.

You want to be Bishop Oyedepo in Lagos, when you get to Abuja you want to become Dr pastor pst. Paul when you talk with a politician you want to be a politician in Proverbs 17:20 KJV. The bible said. He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief.

That is the highest form of evil inside the church and in our society because nobody will progress under such  people's leadership, in Proverbs 16:28 KJV. The bible said. A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.

We often do not appreciate what we have. until we come to that level in our lives when we are conscious enough to recognise that everything we have is given to us by God, and if we can not appreciate what we have. Certainly we must break the laws of God. Many believers are under the spell of those they love, they are respected and looked up to in church, many believers especially senior citizens inside church are possessed of demons. They don't care if you are old or young, you can become their prey.

I will not apologize for saying this, without missing words these include many preachers. in Galatians 2:4 KJV. The bible said. And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: that is their mission in church and in families. They are there to bring their victims into bondage. Somebody shout God forbid.

False brethren came into the church unaware, (demon possessed) they came privately to spy out the Liberty or freedom of the people, unfortunately many Christians and church leaders do not have the fire any more so they cannot resist this kind of demon possessed  believers. when they come to you because they often come into the church for a mission. This is not limited to senior citizens only but includes young people who are sent from Hell to weaken the faith of believers and quench the fire of pastors.
